Here are a few simple and easy ways to start the day off great…
  • Say “no” to screens. Turning on a screen (TV, Phone, ipad, etc) first thing in the morning limits creativity, narrows brain functions and allows someone or something else to consume your focus.
  • Stretch! It doesn’t have to be fancy or take a lot of time. Simply reach up high toward the sky, then reach down low to touch your toes (or at least try to).
  • Drink a glass of water. Water is necessary for life so go ahead and drink a glass.
  • Focus on God! Take two minutes to tune into God. Take time to pray, or read scripture, or meditate on the things of God, or all three. Need some guidance…download the Great Start guide.
